We will start the afternoon with a Christmas lunch at the Fox & Castle Old Windsor, booked for 1.45 pm - 2 or 3 courses, your choice, menu to be pre-selected on this booking form - full details of the choices attached.

The coach will then take us on to Windsor Great Park for their illuminated light trail, which is booked for 4.45 pm, so plenty of time to eat, drink and be merry!

Note the trail is 2.2 km long and takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours including stops and refreshments, so please consider your fitness for this.  The paths are apparently good, but it is presented through the natural landscape, with some walking through woodland and can be muddy if wet.  Suitable footwear should be worn.  Shorter routes are available by asking event staff, but this will mean missing some of the lights.

Coach leaves rugby club at 12 noon and the bus station at the Wharf at 12.15.

Parking is available at the rugby club for £4 per car.

We will leave Windsor for the return journey at 7 pm.

Cost is £63 if selecting 2 courses for lunch and £68 if selecting 3 courses.  There is a £3 supplement if cheeseboard is chosen for dessert.
